Amherst Media contracted me to create fifty five 3D modeled sets to visually show camera and lighting setups that Wes Kroninger Photography describes in his book. I kept the figure very generic and featureless in order to emphasize the photography equipment, which have more detail. It was a unique and practical use of 3D which helped his readers understand his principles.
